Today everyone had a chance to share their Science Fair investigations with the class. There are all fantastic and we are going to have a great day in the halla tomorrow!
For our assembly next week we will be singing Don't Worry Be Happy. Given the current changes to our school thanks to the scaffolding the song seems very appropriate! We have changes some of the lyrics, please see the attached file to read them.
This week is Science Week and Wednesday is World Kindess Day. Here is a video all about the science behind kindness!
Don't forget to keep working on science fair submissions! To help you keep motivated here is a fun video from Blazer Fresh.
As you are all aware builders and engineers are currently working on the school building. For now, to ensure everyone's safety there are some changes to our daily routine;
- all children and staff must use the front entrance.
- at home time, older siblings will go to the class of their youngest sibling and leave with their class and teacher, walking together to the footpath.
- at home time children who walk or cycle home from school will all wait in the halla with teachers for 5 minutes, this is to avoid a bottleneck in the exit.
We are 3rd class A (rang 3A). My name is Catherine and I am delighted to be teaching this class! The children will update the blog regularly to keep you all up-to-date with the exciting things they will be doing this year.
